Link's Awakening Fan Art - Camera Shop

I always loved the art style of Link's Awakening and was gutted to see the original camera shop wasn't in the game in some form.

This was a fun little exercise where I adapted a pixel art scene into full 3D trying my best to mimic the art style of the game as well as general limitations of the Switch hardware in-terms of polycount and optimisation based on the fixed viewport (So some corners were cut!)

Overall the polycount is maybe slightly too high but some assets needed those extra tris. All created in Maya, Zbrush, Substance Painter and rendered in Marmoset with a mixture of unique assets, tileables and trimsheets.
